As a leading EASA-certified training academy, we pride ourselves on delivering world-class aviation training. We are looking for someone who is passionate about shaping the next generation of pilots and ready to lead our instructional team with expertise and enthusiasm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all flight training operations
- Mentor and guide student pilots and instructors
- Ensure compliance with EASA regulations and standards
- Foster a positive and professional training environment
Requirements:
- EU passport holder
- EASA CPL/IR or ATPL
- FI(A) rating
- Leadership and communication skills
- CRI Rating (for ME) and IRI
- 1000hrs of flight experience as PIC
